May 1 2010: The Lodge of Instruction and the Grand Lodge Team will arrive in Chapleau late Friday evening for a ses­sion on Saturday May 1st, 2010 M.W. Bro. Donald Mumby PGM, Custodian of the Work and Team Leader will be in atten­dance. This will be a very spe­cial hon­our for us to host M. W. Bro. Mumby Past Grand Master and the Lodge of Instruction. We will be instructed on the fine points of the third degree and there will be ample time for some instruc­tion in per­form­ing the sec­ond and first degrees. Also, Protocol and Etiquette specif­i­cally as it deals with the entry of the Grand Master and his entourage as well as the Festive Board Etiquette. Timing is fan­tas­tic to allow us to sharpen and pol­ish our skills for the GMs visit on May 4th, 2010.

We urge that you make every effort pos­si­ble to attend this mile­stone meet­ing in CHAPLEAU. We strongly urge that all other seven lodges in the Algoma East District have rep­re­sen­ta­tives to attend. We will also invite our close neigh­bours in the north from Timmins and area. PLEASE place these meet­ing dates on your cal­en­dar and we will be rolling out the wel­come mat for your par­tic­i­pa­tion. See You in Chapleau Saturday May 1st– 2010. Lorne Lodge needs your phys­i­cal sup­port. We warmly wel­come all vis­i­tors. The recep­tion and orga­ni­za­tional com­mit­tee are already hard at work to pro­vide a spec­tac­u­lar show of friend­ship, broth­erly love, instruc­tion and enjoyment
